Hey Everyone!

Thanks for the overwhelming support for the release of Chapter 5!

I have kinda unplugged from everything for a couple of weeks for some much needed "me" time. I noticed some questions so here are some answers:

Q: Why aren't my old saves working??

A: Honestly, I'm not sure. About 2/3 of the way through the development of Ch5, my Ren'Py got really messed up. I had to restore from a backup. Luckily, I didn't lose much, but I have a feeling that when that happened, it caused all the issues with the old saves. A few friends of mine on Discord have been sifting through the code in an effort to find the problem to no avail. Your best bet is to skip back through to the end of Ch4. I know that's a pain. Sorry!

Q: What happened to the HD version that was posted on Patreon and Subscribestar?

A: After I released the "HD" versions, I was notified that many of the images were missing. In an effort to minimize the problem I took the posts down until I am able to restore the missing images.  I will then repost them.

Q: What the hell, Jonesy??  Is that really happening? What kind of story is this? For real??

A: Yeah, I know, right?! It's crazy!

For those of you who have deleted their Meta apps, twitter/X, or any other social media but still want to be in the loop, I've started a Bluesky account. I'll be making an effort to keep up with any correspondence there as well, but I really don't even know how it works yet - I just signed up. =P
