Hey Everyone!

It's been a couple of weeks or so, and I just wanted to let you know how things are going.

First of all, sorry for getting all emo in my last post, but thank you all for your sympathies and well-wishes, I truly appreciate them.

Second,  I am about halfway done with the final scene of act III of Chapter 4 of New Year's Day(e). It's a pretty spicy one! 

Things are really starting to heat up in chapter 4 and I think chapters 5 and 6 are gonna be on frickin' fire.

Lots going on in this chapter and lots to look forward to. I will say that I have been making some minor adjustments to past events to make way for a better story going forward. Nothing major has changed. Nothing that effects the current state of the story and/or characters. Just small continuity changes. For instance, I had the MC mention at one point that he had been married before and that Heather was his second wife (I didn't even give his first wife a name, so...). I changed that so that Heather was his first and only wife. If this is an earth-shattering, story-ruining change, I apologize. Maybe someone can make a patch to change it back!;P

Anyway, I think I'm on track to have this done by Star Wars Day (5/4). It's chapter 4, so that makes it relevant, right? 

Also, for those interested, I've been posting character bios/backstories for all paid tiers of Patreon and Subscribestar. I've gotten some really positive feedback. People feel they give the character's more depth and context in the story.  So far I've introduced 3 new characters, as well as made bios for Kaylee, Becky, Kim, Sabrina, Olivia, and Chelsea.
